My name is Ryan Phillips and I have been a freelance Personal Trainer for almost 2 decades. It's my life's passion helping people overcome their health and fitness challenges so that they can be the best, healthiest and happiest versions of themselves - I reckon I love it as much as my clients love their results!

When I turned 47 at the start of this year, it hit me that I'm only 3 years away from the Big 5-ohhhhh...

And if the last 3 years were anything to go by, then I'll be 50 in the blink of an eye!

My mission over the last 20 years has been to learn and apply as many healthy lifestyle habits - without having to become a Buddhist monk and still be able to enjoy life - in order to look, feel and perform at my best in my 50's and beyond.

You see, it's what we do in our 30's/40's that's going to shape how we look, feel and perform in our 50's, 60's and beyond. And I'm not sure about you, but I want to be fit, active, pain free, doing all the things I enjoy in life and being happy and independent right into my old age!

But the work starts now...

We have only one life here and one body…

There's no time for procrastination...

And the longer you leave it, the harder it is and the bigger the mountain is to climb...

For many years now I've been helping people on a daily basis to implement and follow my simple healthy 'Daily Habits For Success' to turn their lives around for the better.
